Well, this is not really a commercial training like what we used to create and coach.

This is a workshop equip all nation to be able to work together, hand to hand, standing up and tall together to create a better living landscape for future generation. By understanding all mechanism of creating and developing a society, then we will not only depend on ONE group to bring changes yet another side will critique. Just imagine, never ending conflict leads to less solution and many implementations of certain policy may not function effectively. It may happen not because of the policy is weak but the cooperation and understaing about the plan does not fit at all from both sides. By doing so, it becomes such a waste of positive energy and resources. Why such misunderstand or keep on blaming others become a waste energy?Because it would not promote a betterment instead of grudge and also never ending complain.

This program tries to help people to understand how to cooperate and tolerate in the development program within our society. This workshop will be able to help us to be able to become policy literate as well as the policy maker side will be able to become more sensitive toward their policy - decision making. Sounds cool and less tension, right?

As a postgraduate of Development Science, by having such workshop makes me to help the society to understand the concept of harmony and how to fill the gap between the society and the policy maker in order to welcome more friendly development activities for mutual benefit. Let us rejoice and stop throwing misunderstanding toward each other.
