Happy Faces- Authentic, Empathy and Personalise gists OR Sweet Talker Attraction

HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?

Describing a criteria to have a happy face is a bit tough. There is no standard parameter to classify types of face act.

Personally, as a communication guru, who engages with many types of communication; cooperate, commercial, public speaking in sale and negotiation, and tourism communication, i define a happy face as a state of unconscious mind projects a genuine excitement toward something. Well, there is no right or wrong about the definition that i share. It is a very subjective and it can be influenced by our background, experiences as well as social-culture system that re-shape our thinking toward something.

This week, i have some visitations from European friends and i managed to bring them to visit some local spots as well as local menu. To add on, i personalise my tours to make them more personal and alive to me as well as to my listener. This ensures my narration becomes authentic and genuine to me and to the friends of mine.

Communication means a lot. It helps us to maintain harmony with each other by knowing and understanding some principles. I learnt communication principle and system from various aspects of life and career- as a student of language, Ex-Native Court Translator Trainee, Ex-Direct Selling, ex-teacher, trainer, and tourist facilitator.Vast exposures make me realize about how to make communication become more effective by being sensitive to its sensitivities, system as well as objective.

My friendly tips about communication which lead to a happy face are, be genuine, personalize the ideas or message, relevantly, and full commitment of eye contact as well as body language.

This week, i facilitated 4 groups of visitor: London, Netherland, Belgium, France-Australia. Overall, i managed to build future contact with them. At the beginning, they are a stranger to me. How do i be able to engage with them?

Engaging with them needs some creative and authentic efforts that are genuine to be performed. My three charm key words are authentic, empathy and personalize my communication contents.

I learnt from an Author - Matthew Malpass, for Mr. Matt and MR. Barry, he says that when you begin to write, do recall those are memorable and easy to be recalled. Those hard to be memorized are something unworthy to be presented to today’s reality.He is so right. We easily remember something or have mind tagging about something which are remarkable and rare!

So, while i communicate ow write, i will share some information or example about certain concept, ideas or life experiences, which i have in mind and those which are incredibly useful or relevant to be shared.

Authentic is something is so rare as it comes from within and it has no duplication from others. Sincere is authentic. It is something that we can have a picture of it yet we can feel it naturally which makes us feel good and truly appreciated. For instance, when i share about a place, i will share its only Hot Button-key point, which are worth to be shared and veryu personal to me and to those who are mentioned in the story telling, and why it is important to be shared in a first place while conversation brings the beat on.

Thus, i can avoid myself from making redundant of updates while communicating.

Empathy is a great element to break the strange’s barriers that take place between us and new friend. Performing empathy needs us to be more sensitive toward environment, sensitivity as well as the person we are talking to.

Due to my bad life experiences, it teaches me to be more humble yet realistic toward my communication strategies. Humble doest mean that we are weak or passive yet it shows our maturity of emotion quieten as well as the ability to hold the negativity and anger in a very steady feast. Being calm will help you to understand words, and disagreement of your counterpart. Thus, you will be able to have a better strategy to counter attack or dissolve the anger into something easily to be tamed.

Personalizing is something i am always looking forward when i share my ideas, story and presentation or vice versa.I love to hear how people personalize their story while sharing their thought- easy for us to caught them when they are lying to us (and not to mention by taking into account of some NeuroSemantic Skills in order to understand our clients and analyzing their truth status) .Personalizing makes our communication is by not being a robot or simply doing “copy and paste”. -so rudely action and pahetic. Persolizing the conversation is easy to be done yet hardly to be practised, genuinely . Well, it is me, as a communication guru to share with you how to have an excellent communication and speech act while attending or presenting business ideas in any events. Keen to know more?
